This is one of our most comprehensive commercial fit out projects to date, and we’re incredibly proud of the results. Working once again with a long-standing client we’ve built a strong relationship with over many years, our team delivered a full refurbishment that included a striking break out area and two high-specification meeting rooms — along with a complete transformation of the wider office environment.
The centrepiece of the project is a multi-use break out space known as “The Hub.” Enclosed by full-height black-framed glass partitioning with bold, colourful branded wall graphics visible from the corridor, this space was designed to be a flexible area for collaboration, informal meetings and downtime. Inside, a natural oak plank feature wall with a recessed TV creates a warm focal point, while recessed coffer ceiling lighting with an LED strip gives the room a premium, contemporary feel. High bar-style seating and comfortable grey sofas provide a mix of working and relaxation options, and a dedicated coffee station ensures staff have everything they need without leaving the space.
The two meeting rooms were fitted out to an equally high standard. One features a six-seat boardroom layout with a sleek circular pendant light, dark patterned carpet tiles and a dark kitchen unit with oak worktop and geometric tiled splashback — perfect for client meetings or internal discussions. Both rooms include black-framed glazed doors that maintain a consistent design language throughout the building.
Beyond the break out area and meeting rooms, the wider refurbishment included a fully redesigned reception and entrance area with a branded feature wall, modern staircase with stainless steel balustrade, designer seating and a wall-mounted screen. New fire doors, vinyl plank flooring, suspended ceilings, air conditioning and carpet tiles were installed throughout, along with upper floor office spaces ready for occupation.
