There’s nothing quite like being asked back by a client you’ve worked with for years. This latest project saw our team deliver a complete kitchen and break room fit out for a business we’ve been proud to support through multiple refurbishment projects over a long-standing relationship.
The brief was to create a modern, welcoming staff kitchen and dining area that would serve as a comfortable space for employees to take their breaks. We installed sleek dark kitchen units with durable timber-effect worktops, integrated appliances including a dishwasher and full cooking facilities, along with ample storage throughout. The layout was carefully planned to make the most of the available space whilst keeping everything practical and easy to maintain.
The seating area features vibrant, colourful furniture to bring energy to the space, complemented by a wall-mounted screen for staff use. Stylish black-framed glass partitioning was fitted to separate the kitchen from the adjoining corridor, allowing natural light to flow through whilst maintaining a defined, professional feel. The glazed partition adds a modern, contemporary touch that elevates the overall look of the area.
Finishing touches included vinyl plank flooring, suspended ceiling tiles, ceiling-mounted air conditioning and a water cooler — everything needed for a fully functional, high-quality break room. Every detail was considered to ensure the space not only looks great but works hard for the people using it day in, day out.
A well-designed kitchen and break area can have a real impact on staff wellbeing and morale. Giving employees a comfortable, well-equipped space to step away from their desks makes a noticeable difference to the working day.
